HUBUNGAN EMPLOYEE COACHING, KOMITMEN TIM DAN KINERJA KARYAWAN: STUDI PADA PERGURUAN TINGGI SWASTA ISLAM
Abstract
Tingginya tingkat persaingan di lingkup perguruan tinggi memang tidak dapat dihindari. Perlu disusun strategi-strategi untuk menciptakan keunggulan bersaing, yaitu melalui peningkatan kinerja. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh coaching terhadap kinerja, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui mediasi komitmen tim. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui metode survei. Metode itu dilakukan dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 63 staff dan tenaga pengajar di Peguruan Tinggi Swasta Islam. Data yang sudah terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan analisis partial least square. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa employee coaching berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen tim dan kinerja karyawan. Komitmen tim juga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kekuatan pengaruh employee coaching terhadap kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh komitmen tim sebagai pemediasi.
